Role and Responsibilities:
- Perform Product Management function covering product planning
- Drive product sales growth by working closely with relevant teams to promote and align Company Sales Strategy
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends
- Developing marketing strategies and tactics to promote company products
- Creating promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, marketing events and advertisements
- Training and improving product knowledge of medical/sales representatives
- Keeping up to date with products and competitor information
- Other tasks assigned by Senior Managers.
Qualities and Skills Required
- Must be a Pharmacist, Doctor, Pharmacist/Medical Assistance or any other graduated medical field.
- At least three-year experience working with pharmaceutical sales company
- Strong in analysis, communication and problem-solving skills
- Good in English speaking, writing and Computer literature.
- Strong commitment, hard-working and honesty.
